That's depends on what you consider "near" and whether you're talking about Woodpecker lake. The walk from the parking lot is very short (.4 miles to the lookout). There's other bodies of water around as well that are different distances but that lake is probably the closest.

The parking lot is a bit of a walk away from the water.
From the main parking area, it's a short hike in to some of the water overlooks. However, there is no parking at any of the lakes or streams themselves.
