The Redford Theatre is a restored movie house which shows classic movies. It is owned by the Motor City Theatre Organ City and has a beautiful Barton theater organ which is played before movies and during intermission. The Park Players is a community theater group which is now performing live theater at the Redford. They may be able to help you with acting lessons or least tell you who can help.
