There are partitions between booths. The staff wear face masks. The plates are cleared quickly. They use disinfecting wipes after guests. (I have seen them wipe the salt, pepper and ketchup too.) I've seen the staff wrapping silverware, gloved and masked. Also, the seating has been greatly limited.
