Shian and Manny were excellent with customer service and such assets to Verizon. Regardless how busy their store is, they do not take any customer for granted and provide service patiently. Shian was instrumental for us in purchasing new phones because he promised to help us set them up and he delivered on that promise. They are receptive to questions and do not make a person feel inept with technology use when they need assistance or have any inquiries. They definitely bring so much great feedback and positive reviews to their Verizon store because of the way they conduct business. Thank you both!

Verizon does not work together 🙄 awful experience. Forever on the phone while in the store because they can't exchange their system.
