Alicia I usually hate this one. Workers are rude. Today though we had a great cashier but he was the only nice one. All the rest get a tude if you ask for help. I'm a crafter and they never want to cut fabric ect
If service is bad advise the store manager. That is the first link ..if no improvement - the regional manager .. still not satisfied corporate. Bottom line: if your shopping experience is not important to you..there will be no change.
Worst Walmart ever. Live in Roseville , drive to Chesterfield store. Horrible attitudes from employees. Worst customers as well...
I've asked for help, they sent me across the store to another isle. After asking 2 other people, i found the item i was looking for was online only.
Walmarts in my atea I try to avoid. They are rude, dont care how they treat your chips and fragile food. I love Florida, a lot nicer!
I have not had and negative experience so far. And I really hope that I don't. And Alice I am so very sorry that you have had a bad experience. I hope that you made a complaint with Corporate. Because they really need to check into what is happening in that store. And I am sure that you are not the only customer, that has made a complaint. I want to apologize to you for the problem that you encountered. And I hope that you you will not have any problems there ever again.
Terrible the manager Erica is really rude I always scan my products going to pay came up I very different price . I scanned the product in front of her but she was saying that was because I had another internet provider well somebody heard about this.she then said I could buy it on line again an different price and more expensive,I left the product .
