Why hasn't the Wal-Mart corporation done anything about the customer experience at this location? This facility stands out among the rest as a prime example of very unprofessional employee training?

I was there the other day and saw that some new management was in place...dud not have to look for a shopping cart or look for a scooter cart, there was disinfectant wipes, spray and xtra paper towel the shelves were stocked much better,there are more employees on the floor assisting customers I have seen a big difference to the better in customer care and service the 3 times I've been there since the new management has started. I quit going there because of the bad service and rude employees and badly stocked shelves, I live 6 blocks away and I would drive 5 to 10 miles to other Wal-Mart's just because.... Even would go to Meijers and pay higher prices just to feel more comfortable in the store and parking lot.

The only thing I can say is there's a possibility they may not be aware
