Yikes, came in this past Thursday afternoon and this place was trashed, clothing and items all over the floor. Did not get a great vibe at all. Everything was just everywhere. Very small store and freezing cold. Stayed for a few minutes and left because I felt like I was shopping at a very run down second hand store. Not a great shopping experience. The Salvation Army takes better care of their store than this. Seriously, Yikes!

Stephanie gave you some good advice but when I last visited they are extremely short staffed. Off price stores offer great prices and to keep prices low you have to be willing to take things here you wouldn't in other retailers. I think they do the best they can. If you are calling to see if they have something in a certain size they can't answer that nothing is in order. At the front of the store where they answer the phone they might have thought no one was on the line as they couldn't hear you. What I am trying say is since not knowing the full circumstance it is hard to give a definitive answer. These days you have be more patient when everyone is tense due to the Covid situation. I know I have check myself sometimes. Give them another chance just knowing it is a different type of retailer. Good luck.

Hello, i was actually shopping in Burlington early today and saw a gentleman in the big and tall department trying on sweaters
They reduced the size of the store to fit the company standards. (It was one of the last stores of that size left) They are not going out of business but are due for a remodel at some point. They are launching credit cards April 4th along with a customer loyalty program. :-) they work very hard to maintain that store. Customers really tear through it without much care.
They don't have a section of strictly of Lion's clothing, but you will find just about anything if you're willing to look.
