I purchased a Recliner for $1000 about a year and a half ago. The chair was falling apart and they sent repair man out. Apparently someone did not put it together properly and one of the screw was missing. He replaced the screw and all was well for about a month. The back support was gone. Back of the chair cushion was concave. Called the store and spoke with customer service Debbie. She told me there was only a 1 year warranty and we were just passed. $70 to add fill to the back and replace seat cushion and she would call me back and let me know what the charge would be for labor. Month later and no call. I called her back again 2 days ago and she has not returned my call. She told me they aren't in business to repair furniture. When I purchased the chair I could her the employee's making derogatory comment's about how I only bought one chair. Terrible customer service experience. Won't be back.
