I’m Writing This Honest Review, Really To Reach The Attention Of The Property OWNER, Since It’s Nearly Impossible To Speak To Anyone Above Property Management. I’m Also Writing This To Help Make Would-Be Tenants Aware Of The Types Of Situations You Will Likely Deal With Renting Here. Lastly I’m Writing This To Have Some Sort Of A Public Record, In Case I’m Ever In A Legal Situation For Unjustly Being Evicted Or Anything Of The Sort. If You Simply Want The Peace & Privacy That You Pay Rent For, If You Want To Live Somewhere Where Property Management Listens To Your Concerns & Frustrations Without Taking It Personally & Handles It Professionally, If You Want To Be Spoken To With Respect & Not As If You’re A Child Or As If You’re Over-exaggerating, THEN DO NOT MOVE HERE! There’s A Lot I Can Complain About Like: The 5 Times My Apartment Was Soaked From Different Appliances Leaking(Discounted Rent Was Never Offered), The Excessive Ants/Bugs Every Spring/Summer, The Loud Furnace In My Unit & The Unit Above Me..To Name A Few. Lastly, I’ll Mention That Pro. Mgt. Clearly Picks & Chooses When To Uphold The Terms Of The Lease & They Don’t Require All Tenants To Abide By It. There’s A 10 PM Noise Policy So When New Tenants Moved In Above Me, Who Continuously & Purposely Disregards Rules & Has No Consideration While They Stomp, Run & Yell At 2,3,4AM, Expect Property Management To Continue To Let It Slide & Take Offense When You Express Your Frustrations For Months. If At Any Point You Seem To Lack Consideration In Return To Your Neighbors, Expect To Be Threatened With Eviction After The First Complaint Made Against You (Even If Technically Didn’t Violate 10PM Noise Policy During The Day,) & Although You’ve Been A Courteous Tenant Up Until Now. Expect No Resolution For These Types Of Situations, Just Expect Attitudes & Sarcasm & Threats Of Eviction From Property Management & Continued Disruption Of Peace From Your Inconsiderate & Immature Neighbors Until You Can Rearrange Your Living Situation. Just To Note & Be Clear, There’ll Be No Need To Retaliate Against Me To Get Me Evicted, I Refuse To Renew My Lease Again, Trust Me I’ve Learned My Lesson & Will Be Moving.

This place is terrible manage, my air didn’t work properly. They keep my security deposit for a month I didn’t live there. I communicated with the manager about my closing date n moving out date. Don’t moved to this place!!!!
