They offer free auction appraisals on most Saturdays between 1 and 4. No appointment needed. Best time to get there is after 2 - when the line goes down.
He is correct (Stuart) very busy and if the item isn't worth their time. They will tell you...must believe e upper crust valuable items...you better be patient..
