This post office always do that everybody just need to make complaints until they do something about it this is ridiculous i still have mail and a package i never recived and i made a lot of complaints nothing still hasnt changed and they rude af too
Yes you can, there are 2 ways, 1 put special instructions on the package when you order it, second put a visible sign up to ask the carrier to place your packages in the back yard, of course there shouldn't be any dogs back there, lol
You have to check with your local Post Office where you have your PO BOX. They can get you a new one
Boxes are sold for 6months and 1yr. 6months is about $40.
