Scheduling my service appointment was very easy. Mike M. was patient and informative. When I arrived I was able to wait. The entire team was welcoming and warm. They offered coffee and warm smiles. Ashley processed me out and took my payment. Joe the technician that worked on my rig was kind enough to check the tire pressure with a gauge on all of my tires. What was disappointing: Rig was not returned the way it was delivered: 1. Roof antenna was not flat on roof 2. Box with circuit breakers pulled out and not screwed back into place 3. Roof cushions where not replaced 4. Splatter along side of rig from Propane check 5. Storage compartments on outside of rig not secured 6. Unable to repair cracked fiberglass 7. Unable to repair marker lights 8. Unable to service generator The collective team was professional and kind. Driving an hour to get your rig serviced only to be told you have to take it somewhere else pretty much defeats the purpose of going to this location again, despite the great hospitality.

Proceed with caution! I purchased my new camper on 10/01/21. I Made a mistake and took possession of a brand new camper with minor damage and missing items upon the promise from the salesperson to repair everything ASAP. 1 week after purchase and registration I received a call from the financing dept saying they had made a mistake and I had to pay cash for the balance of the camper. I paid promptly and have called monthly about these issues. As of 5/15 /22 the camper is still not repaired and I still don’t even have the title to the camper I paid cash for! .

Sales side of things went very smoothly, as one would expect...Service is another story, go somewhere else if you need it. I've had a panel needing to be replaced since I picked the camper up brand new one year ago. Part is finally in so I dropped it off 6 weeks ago and they still haven't started the work. Forget about reaching them by phone, nearly impossible. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with for service...nothing but excuses.

Great place to buy a camper, joe from sales found what we wanted and helped us find what we wanted, great guy and got a good price for the camper we picked out. One thing I would knit pick it would be the high pressure sales tactics in the finance office. As for parts and service I can't say enough about how good they are, honestly it's where they shine as a business. Whatever you pay Mike in the parts dept, you need to double it, he knows what he's doing and his customer support is top notch. Looking forward to working with them in the future
