Frequent delays and missed collections. I would not recommend anyone to use this service. But with top executives raking in millions each year while their employees barely make a livable wage, that can be expected. Can anyone recommend an ethical company? I'd rather take business there.

I strongly recommend AGAINST using Waste Management for curbside pickup of trash and recycling. They fail to pick up on the scheduled day and then send you an email saying they'll be back the next day, then the same every day thereafter until we're back to the next scheduled day. Sometimes they'll come the second week, but even that is not a sure thing. The only way to get any sort of info is to call customer service and wait on hold for 30+ minutes, and even then those agents can't do much to help other than to offer a refund or cancel your service. Even after canceling service and receiving a confirmed date to remove my carts, they still failed to come when scheduled.

Waste Management used to be a quality company years ago. but that has changed!!, They pick up the trash at Pakachoag village in Auburn, and they never ever have cleaned out the containers or replace them with clean NON BROKEN CONTAINERS!, That is a VIOLATION,healthy code violation and I think I will report this , its wrong and they are very well aware of this, start doing the right thing , and maybe you wouldn't have so many NASTY REVIEWS!!

This company would occasionally raise our rates without notice. We would wait forever on the phone to discuss and have adjusted They have on occasion not shown up for trash pick up and send notification the day of pick up that they will not be coming We literally have to wait 40 minutes on the phone for any customer service. Very disappointing. Been meaning to cancel for years. Finally cancelled today when they once again didn’t show and said they’d be by in a week. No thanks
