Once you fill out a form - either via the website or at the location - it's good for 1 year.
We were there @ least 11/2 hours; maybe because it was all the k & 1st grade classes
Once a waiver is completed, it will remain on file for 1 year. We did recently update our list of waivers however, so if you visited before July 2018, you will need to fill out a new waiver - but that will remain on file for 1 year as well.
