Snorkel gear consist of a pair of flippers, goggles and the tube. You're better off bringing your own gear if you snorkel often. The gear is used over and over everyday they run out there.
No, but the water is pretty warm so you wouldn't need a wetsuit unless you were scuba diving.

They do not provide wetsuits. However I didnt use one, I just wore swimming capris and a rash guard. Worked well but it was hot!
