What vegan and dairy free dietary restrictions do they offer for lunch?

They ask for any dietary restrictions at the beginning of the adventure. There are vegan and dairy free options .

I am an employee of the Yankee Freedom and our breakfast is a bagel with cream cheese,fruit and a yogurt. Our lunch is a Jersey Mike's sub our veggie option is a hummus sub with veggies,chips and a drink. You just let the crew know upon boarding and you are always allowed to bring your own as well.

The offerings were Jersey Mike’s subs - not sure if there was a vegan/dairy free option, though there was a variety of subs so a meatless option likely was available.
