Yes BUT The paid parking lot by the ferry does not take bills, change nor cc so basically ur parking and not paying and I wouldn't chance it...there is a parking garage right before that one where u can pay to park per day...its literally within walking distance from the ferry

There are two pay parking lots right at the ferry
There is not parking lot. You get there by boat.
We left our car parked on Fleming st. Walked over to the ferry port. The last 3 times being in Key West, when we find a good parking space we don't move the car till we leave.
