Hi, i am trying to get some info for my friend. Him and his kids just moved to utah a things happened now his kids and him are homeless. Does YCC help men with children? If so what help do they give are they a shelter or do they give referrals? Ty

Yes if he has a domestic violence issue if not the can give him a referel to the lantern house but yes they take men in now

Depending on his situation, but it more a domestic violence shelter. But there was a guy there who's wife died and had 5 kids. The Lantern House is most likely where he'll be referred. But from personal experience, it is run like a halfway house/boot camp. With kids it's just a bit better...but being a single parent there is hard since you must have ALL your children at ALL times. Which since i had a 16 & 13 year old it sucked!
