It's supposed to be by appointment, but they do allow walkins. Receptionists were disorganized; in the age of COVID that was VERY BAD. Instructor was great and overall was an amazing experience ! Well worth the money !
Both, but preferred appointment if your going with a party of more than 5 so they'll be nice wait nor hassle. But if just you and your family less than 5 you'll be okay... I just booked a party with 20 people But a another quick heads up go after your bills paid cause its another bill if ya know what I mean lol but its worth it and fun
