This is by far the most unorthodox and un organized bank I have ever been to in the whole entire world they dont know anything and customer service is even worse Dario is a branch manager and he knows nothing at all it's sad and I feel sorry for all of the consumers who have to deal with this chase bank on bel air rd Denise is on vacation and I'm not sure if that even matters at this point because they are a product of her environment she is establish the regional manager I'm running away from this bank so quick and never looking back I hope in the future more training is established. Worst bank ever a joke they getting paid for doing nothing

Great experience, went to cash in bonds, was greeted at door and gentleman in lobby asked if i wanted a bottle of water or anything because cashing in bonds (especially when i had 30+) takes a while. Staff was very professional and personable. All in all a positive experience.

WOW! I open my business checking account and deposit it a check and the money won’t be available until 10 days later!!!!!! 😐 But it s gone from my other account... apperantly it s ‘on hold’ for some reason! And no one wont do anything about it! DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH CHASE!

Avoid Joshua at this location! I finally opened an account after 3 attempts and he tried to sign me up for the higher fee account - only after I caught his mistake did he change it and then blamed me. The first two times I attempted to open an account he said he couldn’t help because it would take an hour and they closed within the hour. It would however only take me 20 min if I did it myself online. That makes no sense- he just didn’t want to help. When I went the third time because it wasn’t possible to do it online he finally helped me. Unbelievable. He is the worst. The girl that works as a teller is very sweet.
