NEVER EVER THINK TO MOVE HERE!!! I lived here for 1 and half year. I moved out because I found mice in my apartment for as long as 1 years and no one helped me. When I moved out, the apartment promised to send my security deposit in 40 days after I moved out. But 2 months later, I still haven’t got my money back. When I contact the apartment leasing office via email or phone serval times, one one ever answer me. It seems they want to steal my money. And the phone they leave on the website can not be reach to. If I could give negative five stars, I definitely would. Please never ever to think about move here.

Most disgusting place! Management is so unfriendly - hateful not helpful - so many issues! Trash rodents - neighbors gone wild! Mice run amok, run across your feet! Filthy, dirty dark hallways, caked on paint that peels, bubbles off,, smells like a pot shop, roaches, under power lines and huge 5g towers, laundry too dirty to use and the one working machine rips up all clothes - good luck getting money back. . Old stinky carpets, dated Bathrooms ceiling falling in from upstairs leak- be careful letting anyone in to fix - they will make a mess!! Bathtub won’t drain & mgt knows it-entire complex plumbing issue. Stove burners don’t work, fridge is broken ancient, two vents in entire apartment, 2 temps hot or cold. Neighbors are thief’s, dumpsters overflowing with trash always (a dumping ground for the area with overflowing old mattresses, broken tvs, rusted bikes, etc. icy sidewalks in winter and a running stream in front of steps (on warm days) a ice skating rink on cold days. Nasty place - find anything else.

BE WARNED!! Broken AC for 1 year and counting!!! Reported broken ac on my apartment in July 2021. They sent a “specialist” last year and worked on it for few days, he didnt manage to fix the unit. It looks like they need to replace the whole thing but management put it off through winter. Now it’s summertime and I have reported it again as no one bothered for the whole year!! Writing this comment currently on 93f outside temp. Been paying my rent on time but we only get nothing but headache from the leasing office and maintenance. UPDATE: July 2, 2022. AC unit has been replaced with a new one and it’s now working.

If I could give this apartment complex a 0 review I would. Don’t rent here. They claim to have great customer service..lies. New management sucks. I have been a resident of this apartment complex for over 2 years and have had nothing but bad experiences here. I pay my rent every month on time yet still get charged extra expenses because the property manager can’t read emails nor answer the phone. I had a returned check because I paid early and the check was deposited early the manager and the bank returned the check. The customer service at that apartment complex is rude and inconsiderate. I broke my foot and have a boot on my foot and was told it was too bad, I had to go get a money order and come back up to drop off the rent my problem not theirs. The leasing office is not handicap accessible. I was informed today after giving my 30 day notice that I would have to pay an additional month of rent for the month of June because they didn’t have anyone in the office to answer the phone or respond to emails to receive my notice in time. And now I was told I had to give a 60 day notice. Nothing is consistent with this company. Don’t waste your time, money or sanity with this place.
