Would not use this company. Harris Paving paved our neighbors driveway in addition to 20 feet of our property - without our consent. We contacted Harris Paving to resolve the issue and got nothing but the run around. Michael Harris is rude and ignorant. He as much said it was our responsibility to have the black top removed from our property. Actually, Mr. Harris it is your responsibility since you did not bother to confirm the property line. And really how dare you call us "The Clampetts," you are ignorant.

On May 25th at 8am Michael Harris showed up at our door unexpectantly and said he was in the neighborhood, and he would give me a $800 discount if I had my driveway done that day. He worked up a price of $4600 which I thought was reasonable and after rapid fire completion of multiple driveways on our block, Michael knocks on our door and asks for the check. The paved driveway looked mostly fine so we paid him. The Harris crew left our neighborhood but left behind a torch on my front yard and multiple piles of blacktop on my sidewalk, apron and in the street. My neighbor across the street who also had his driveway done finally called the Saturday before Memorial Day and told them to please come out and clean up the mess in the street in front of his house. The worker who came out acknowledged they shouldn't have left things as they did. Appears their boss overwhelmed them that day by adding so many impromptu driveways to the work list. Its only then they even realize I still had their torch on my front porch. A few days later when I went to put my trash cans out at the curb I noticed the roller or paving machine had cracked my 3 year old curb and apron. When I contacted the office they said they would send someone out to take pictures. Whether they did or not I never heard back. I continued to call for days and days and days and just got the run around. Now I always get voicemail. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and I'm out to warn anyone else who is considering using Harris paving in the future. I wish I would have read some other reviews before I agreed to have them do any work here!

This is the second time we've used Harris Paving - once 20 years ago when we had a new detached garage built and this time to have the driveway resurfaced. Tree roots had cracked the driveway in several places this time. The price quote was fair and the crew showed up within the quoted timeframe. They were thorough, responsible and did a quality, professional job with the driveway.

Harris Paving did a fantastic job! The crew arrived on time, was very prepared and organized, and extremely helpful and polite. The crew leader listened to me and addressed all of the areas I pointed out with a detailed answer on how each concern would be addressed. He took the time to show me how the water flowed over the new slope and it was perfect. The crew cleaned up and helped by providing clear information on care for the pavement over the short term and also when it would need to be sealed. The cost was very fair. Harris Paving is a company who knows how to care for and communicate with the customer. The equipment they use is up to date and well-maintained. I am very glad that I chose Harris Paving!
