I recently moved out of Renew White Marsh apartments in Nottingham, MD which offered one of the best experiences. I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for a small family. The bathroom, kitchen and dining room were excellent. Especially, I want to give a shout out to Alana Barnard, she was very helpful from the beginning and helped me find an apartment virtually. She provided me with all the information I needed and was very accommodating. Throughout my two year stay, staff were amazing and Alana was very quick in responding to my questions. I just wanted to say thank you to Alana for the amazing work she has been doing, she is awesome! Renew White Marsh is great, very clean and has everything I needed. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and the apartment is very quiet! I would highly recommend it!!

Ok, after a couple months of staying here I can honestly say there are pros and cons to these apartments, the ladies in the leasing office, Mandy, Alana and Ashley are super helpful and nice, but the overall apartments I have experienced numerous issues, such as issues with contracting, mice, infestation with bugs you name it, and there are always temporary fixes. There is potential maybe after all of the work is finished, understanding they are renovating and making changes with the new management but there are too many issues for me. And I’ve posted pics of only SOME of the issues I have experienced

I originally signed a lease with the previous management company and moved in a week after the new one took over. So far they’ve been making really nice improvements to the property. I love the new paint job that each building it getting. Sometimes maintenance can a little longer than expected when it comes to a smaller issue like a window screen repair but they’ve come very quickly when I had an issue with my washer/dryer combo. One thing I wish my apartment was upgraded on that the new management company is doing with empty apartments right now is taking the carpet out of everywhere but the bedrooms. I’m not a fan of carpet in the living room and hallway so I’m jealous of the people across our hall that moved in after us that didn’t have to deal with carpet in the living area and that got a lighter floor color, especially with having a shedding Golden Retriever right now. Would love if they’d do that for the rest of their tenants! Overall it’s been a really nice experience living here.

Melissa is AMAZING. She helped me throughout my whole moving process. If you need anything ask for her!! She made this so less stressful than i thought it would be to move. Made sure i got the right apartment & was super friendly. Thanks again Melissa, you’re awesome!!!

On two occasions, I saw a lone mouse in my apartment, both times in the bathroom. The first time, the mouse was very lethargic/possibly dying and i took it outside. The second time, it was a lively mouse that skittered across my apartment and i couldn’t catch it. Only those two sightings in the roughly six months i’ve lived here.
