The staff is always polite and professional when I go to this store. I personally have never had any issues. I just switched plans and it was an I and out process. I give a 5 star rating.

Worse service I have received. Employees were talking and not doing anything. I came to pick up an internet box and I waited 30 minutes. No new customers came in the store. Literally was ignored for 30 minutes. I called comcast in the store to try and change my pick up location and then finally someone came up to me asking if I was picking up equipment. Comcast needs to change management.

All things Xfinity. Signed in and was waited on quickly. The rep. was excellent. Made a recommendation for "pods" that saved me over $100 and expanded my cable service for the current price I was paying. All in all, very satisfied with my experience. High marks to Tron for her assistance 🤩‼️
