The worst costumer service ever , don't call you will go no where. The worst dessition I have ever made 2 weeks in and I'm going to cancel . I'm paying 120 $$ for four channels , that it is not what I was promised. Run Run away , horrible company
Their automated system is the Pitts. I usually just punch 0 until somebody answers but that doesn't work all the time either. Their stores aren't any better if they're busy. I'm pretty sure the guy I saw selling a phone there spent well over an hour and was getting married to the woman he was selling it to. Customer service is NOT something this company has any notion of!
