We were booked in late December and January and we received a email today stating they are sending us a refund I called the resort booking line and was told they had extensive damage to the resort and lack of power etc and that the resort is closed and closed to bookings until further notice. They mentioned some resorts near them are expecting to be down a year. They do not know if they will be down that long or not. :(
I do not know the status of the resort after the hurricane. I am not employed there. I was a guest earlier in this year. Call the resort.
