Cindy, Maria, Melinda and Kim. Thank you for making my birthday weekend at Hawks Cay a truly memorable experience. If you ever have the pleasure to speak or meet any with any of these amazing staff members, consider yourself in the best of hands. The level of customer service that this team has provided was astonishingly fantastic, just unbelievable. This friendly group went above and beyond, I have never felt more welcomed than I did at Hawks Cay Resort. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and the view was just breathtaking. We stayed in a Water View Guest Room that had a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Resort Pool. Our stay was first class with an oversized guest room, private balcony and spacious bathroom. The attention to the cleanliness of the room and resort did not go unnoticed. Everything was spotless. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, events, excursions etc., they have it all in one place so you can choose to do everything or nothing at all. We were very fortunate to enjoy the Keys to Country Music Series Event at Hawks Cay. The two-day event was limited to resort guests, so we had a level of intimacy that you wouldn’t normally get at a concert. Each performer put on an amazing show, we really had a great time. Five star staff, location, property, food and amenities. Perfect stay from start to finish. THANK YOU to an amazing staff at Hawks Cay Resort.

Yes , I beleive there is . Dont know the name of company but you can ask the Concierge , they will give you the best info on that.
As a crew member I can accurately inform you that "Sips and Paint" hasn't happened a few months prior to the pandemic and is still unsure if and when it will be back.
Yes by contacting the resort ahead of time and setting up the arrival time of your guess for the day
There are no day passes. You must stay at the resort with the resort. If you Airbnb or VRBO you will not have access to any of the amenities at the resort.
I didn't see a Tesla charger immediately nearby but there were various chargers around and I saw a couple Teslas. If you're there with a car you'll likely want to drive to Marathon at some point anyway, and apparently they have a Tesla charger there.
Hawks Cay has multiple pools, including an adults-only pool that are open to guests
Yes there is the adult pool around the corner from the main pool and it is very warm. Didnt spend much time at the other pool but I'm sure it is heated as well. Sadly as of right the the hot tub is closed I belive due to rona. Have fun!

All of the fishing charters and watersports located in our main marina are open to the public.
Yes, please contact us to ensure we have a slip available for your boat. We are a very popular resort marina and want to be sure we can accommodate your boat before you arrive.

Our resort does not have a traditional beach. However, the resort does feature a unique enclosed Saltwater Lagoon with a beach entry. The Lagoon is fed directly from the Atlantic Ocean and rises and lowers with the tide.

The daily resort fee includes wireless Internet access; transportation throughout the Resort; self and valet parking; daily access to Coral Cay Club and Calm Waters Fitness Center; unlimited use of the Putting Course, Sports Field, hard and clay court Tennis Facility; local and toll free phone calls; kayaks and paddleboards in the saltwater lagoon and seasonal inclusions.

We were booked in late December and January and we received a email today stating they are sending us a refund I called the resort booking line and was told they had extensive damage to the resort and lack of power etc and that the resort is closed and closed to bookings until further notice. They mentioned some resorts near them are expecting to be down a year. They do not know if they will be down that long or not. :(
No. Did you?
