You don't have to be there 30min early, but it's highly recommended so that you can get your orders in. Generally they don't let people in past the scheduled time.
As Edwin points out, you don't have to be there right at 12PM but we highly encourage you to arrive early. We don't allow late arrivals once the doors close. Come and enjoy our custom preshow and get your order in and relax!
