Just started working here a little over a month ago. They really are who they say they are and seem to honestly care about their employees. I'll update this post after I've been here longer but as of right now, I'm glad I made the choice to go here versus some big mega carrier.

if you like unpredictable miles, micromanagement, driver facing cameras then go for it. There's far better companies to drive for out there. Like most companies, they talk the talk, but don't walk the walk. Read the negative reviews. Employees and even the daughter of the owner are putting in 5 star reviews LOL

Well my fiancée just started there and we walked in the door and it had the family environment. They are super amazing people to work with, and they take time out of their day to know the drivers and what they like to do on down time and not just be all about the trucks and trailers! I have joined my fiancée on the road with our fur baby at Crawford and we absolutely feel like we found a forever place to be for work! I’m absolutely happy with how we got treated, they loved on the fur baby, and on top of that the staff is so understanding and amazing people! Best choice my fiancée and I ever made was coming to Crawford!!
