I am very pleased with this company. It was my first time buying a half steer and the farm I purchased from recommend Amend to do the processing and packing. When I went to pick up my order I was expecting to fill my trunk with boxes of meat. However, I was surprised, my entire order fit into 3 boxes. Kent could sense my confusion and asked if my order was right. I told him this was my first time doing this and that I was expecting more. He invited me inside the building, showed me the meat locker where the steers were hanging and took the time to explain how the processing works. He also clarified that I purchased a grass fed steer and that they are smaller than a grain fattened cow. I really appreciated the extra time he took to make sure I was an informed and satisfied customer. I am completely satisfied and would definitely recommend Amend, a well run family business that cares.
