Hey sorry to hear about Mr.Ronald Allen experience, but I stopped there with my mother on my way to Rhode Island to see my daughter's and I had a fair experience, food service person was very helpful she helped with food choices ; My mother is diabetic and the check out person was also helpful, due to some price mixup, So the place is OKAY, Hope that helps
