We had the pleasure of playing the South course for 1st time. The greens, fairways and rough were in great shape. Pace of play was great. Staff could not have been nicer. Look forward to the next time we play.

Didn't have a great customer experience at this course. We played for Father's Day on Monday and at $125 a pop, thought things were very lacking. Main issue, we were stopped from playing a hole. On the 8th hole we were getting ready to tee off and a ranger stopped us. Said they had a tournament starting and they needed everyone on the course who teed off before the tournament to move up a hole so there wouldn't be slow play. We teed off at 7:25am and Never saw anyone. They didn't offer anything, when we complained we were told "oh well". Not our fault you booked times before a tournament, I've never had nor heard of anything like that before. Then once we finished my Uncle Tom who is a 72yr old military vet brought the cart back to one of the people to return and they said, no you need to drive it all around back to drop off, which was a long walk back to the parking lot. Really? The course itself is really nice and depending on what tees you use, be difficult. Very well kept, in good shape, other then some bunkers that had some weeds growing in them. No GPS on the carts, which seemed weird. Had a good time playing the course though. Very scenic, pretty wooden bridges over the lakes. Some high tees, dropping down onto the fairways. Passed a big doe and saw turkeys as well. Greens were in good shape..Fast! For the cost, should take care of their patrons better.

Lake of Isles is the best place to get married! Bethany and her team did everything in their power to ensure that we had the most amazing day. The whole wedding planning process was smooth and efficient. Bethany was communicative and answered all of my questions quickly. I did not have one single doubt that our wedding would not be perfect. The food was amazing and our guests still rave about the dinner options. The bacon table and pretzel bar were a huge hit! If you are looking for a spot in Southeastern CT to get married, LOI is the venue you want!

Super super golf course!! Nicely challenging without being stressful!! The layout is brilliant!! Totally enjoyed it. Look forward to playing the south course...
