The check in time was after 3 pm. Your day is almost gone. They don’t change bedding or towels during your stay. Why not? There were bugs in the whirlpool and in the bed by the second night. Luckily we were there for two nights. The bottled water in the room is not complimentary, so don’t drink it or you’ll be charged. The rooms keys and everything else is outdated and needs serous update. It’s not worth it for the price point, I was deeply disappointed 😔

I would start by saying this hotel was pretty close to the casino. Basically this hotel just needs to be remodeled and cleaned properly. It is pretty run down and most of the furniture appears to be older than I am. We found mold near the shower and room was pretty dirty in areas Our room had a single person stall shower and no tub. Lastly, there was a sign on the elevator that the lightbulbs didn’t work, but when the doors closed it was completely dark on your ride up to your room.

Positive: Easy check in. Friendly front desk. Room was very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was excellent. Could not have been better and I saved about 200 dollars when compared to casino room rate. Negative: If I had to pick one thing it would be maybe a better TV. The one we had was an older wall mounted flat screen. Not too bad but should be upgraded sometime soon.

In my 10 years of traveling experience I have never posted a review like this about a hotel. I will start off by saying the room was disgusting. Hair coming out of jacuzzi tub jets. Floors stained. Furniture old with peeling paint. Beds help up by 4×4s. We found old rose petals under our bed. The hotel was just incredibly uncomfortable. We live in RI and I would have much rather drove up to each casino and stayed in our own house but we wanted a real getaway. I could go on but needless to say .. save your money.
