An oversight in a phone call does not mean the services are bad. People are human and sometimes make a mistake, but this group of vets, vet techs, customer service representatives, etc. is the VERY best at providing quality care for the animals, and by extension the human clients. I would not trust any other clinic with my dog. I recently had to put one of my dogs to sleep, and each of the 5 people involved sat with me and my dog, and they cried with me. They are the most compassionate care givers I have found in 44 years of owning dogs.
Stephanie, I'm so sorry about our mistake today. It was totally an oversight and completely our fault. We strive to provide the best service possible and anytime an issue happens we discuss it, try to resolve it, and ensure it doesn't happen again. -Katie
