DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I had a very expensive experience with this company. I determined I would not use them the following year. I thought that I could do that in 5 minutes. I asked for service cancellation confirmation. Something to indicate we had spoken and my service was cancelled. NSTEAD, I was given the run around for at least 15 minutes. By run around the woman kept lowering the price and arguing with me, and not listening. I was highly suspicious when she would not give me a verification. I remained pleasant but did ask if we would could be done. Well NOPE! I was then put on hold for interminable length (about 5 minutes of time.) I could not hang up because i did not have a confirmation. The hold, I believe (can not prove) was a ruse to wear me down. She came back on the line. (Silly me thinking she had my confirmation of cancel) But NO again it was a lengthy period of time with her rambling about changing the the technician, having the man changed if I watched him and did not like his methods. (Now that is what I live for - - - to watch a man I do not know spray my yard.) That isn't creepy.. . . And again a reduction in price. She offered me half price. I said why was that not offered to me last spring. She went into a deflecting speech about changing the tech if I did not like the one I got.. (HUH????) After about 30 minutes she gave me the number. Not one of the questions I asked were answered. I do not blame the customer service person, she needs a job. BUT Tru-Green, Yikes, the training you put these people thru suggests brain washing. It was a cross between scary and Saturday Night Live. I recommend Jimmy Fallon call the company up and try to cancel a service. Wish I had recorded it.
