Hi Gail. No proof of income or other questions are asked–simply city of residence and number of people for whom one is shopping, in order to keep annual statistics on use. Once you sign in, we’ll give you plastic shopping bags which you may fill with clothing or items you need. TAKE is open Monday thru Friday from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM as well as on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. As a Board Member and Volunteer for TAKE, I can assure you TAKE is now accepting limited donations 5 days/week! TAKE will accept 1 box or bag (the equivalent of one 18 gallon bag or tote) per donor per week during our hours of operation (M-F + 2nd Sat 9:30-11:30 AM). Other than items we accept year-round, TAKE will now be accepting donations according to the upcoming season only (Spring/Summer). Donors must wear masks when dropping off items.
