Hi. That sounds like a scam. The only government program for solar energy right now is the federal tax credit, which you only get after you purchase solar energy. Make sure you check with a local company and don't fall for sketchy internet ads!
Yes they do now is a good time to stop in their office and talk with Todd Miller. It is a great career opportunity.
