Chartered flights do (so you pay a pilot or company with pilots to fly you in or out, but there are no scheduled routes with major carriers if thats what you mean).

KIKV is basically a "general aviation" airport. So you can charter a flight in or out of KIKV to or from pretty much any location. However, generally they cost more than flying commercially in or out of Des Moines (unless you own your own plane of course, in which case it is free to land or take off from there.)
Sorry, but the airport does not have a schedule of events. The majority of events that are held there are not produced by the airport.
