I just wish the items were better organized. Sizes were not necessarily in the sections as indicated. Moreover, I was not really sure which direction the rows went for the clothing anyway. Prices and variety were amazing! For this alone, they deserved the 5 stars. I bought many items from there. Checkout staff were always quite pleasant.

So we show up at the checkout and the first thing we encounter is a gloomy cashier with a very nasty attitude towards my wife. I say hi, and she ignores me. I signal my wife to just put the merchandise on the counter and not to react to the cashier grabbing and slamming stuff. At one point the cashier had to call the manager for a price check at which point she decided to address us to offer us a credit card with a speedy voice. The well mannered manager noticed this and jokingly mentioned it. The moment the manager left, the nastiness immediately resumed. She never looked at us, even to give us the receipt. I hope Dominique did not treat us differently because we were brown skinned customers(based with my experience with the town of Billerica, oh man!). Kudos to the nice manager; that is why I’m giving two stars instead of one.
