I can't believe how incredibly RUDE the staff is at this place. I've been there several times in the past, for convenience, but I can assure you myself and family members will never return to this office again. I received several text messages asking me to confirm if I will be attending the appointment, I reply Y (for Yes) with a thank you response... 3 times same question. I get a call from Tory, who has zero people skills - ZERO. She says I need to provide updated insurance information or I will be charged for the visit. I tell her no problem I will bring it when I come or worse case would pay for the visit if needed. I'm way way good if I had pay many time over for me and everyone in my family for generations to come if I had to. She calls me an hour before the visit and lectures me for not calling back with the info and says they will give my appointment to someone else. I'm confused first as her attitude was awful, I'm shocked at her tone being the customer She wouldn't even allow me to speak, she just wanted to tell me that the text messages are from corporate not them (how would I know) and that I need to provide the insurance information or lose my spot. I'm trying to explain I thought it didn't matter either way (I do have my updated insurance card), but she just keep interrupting me with her condescending tone telling me I need to pay or get the info or I lost my appointment further lecturing me. Wow! Fantastic customer skills, I'm sure you will continue to thrive with this process and representation. So long.

This place has the absolute worst customer service. I came in last year for a yearly exam and they made me sit there for an hour after my test to get glasses fitted. This year, I was 12 minutes late to my appointment, and they said that the client after me was with the doctor and I would have to reschedule. They were not flexible at all with me and I recommend you go elsewhere. They are expensive too

Went to Vision Works today to get pick out new glasses! They were AWESOME!! Torri was such a GREAT HELP with my selection and all my questions!! Keep up the great work!!

Hello! We accept hundreds of insurance plans over multiple states, so it's best to contact the location you wish to visit to see if they are in network with your specific plan.
Not sure about the eye exam, going tomorrow for that but they don't take mass health and the games can get very expensive.
