You'll have to pay whatever your specialist copay is.. specialist office visit copays are usually higher than your normal primary doctor office visit copays. Most insurance cards have your copay amount on them for primary doctor and specialist. If there is not a copay amount listed on your insurance card then the office does not collect a copay
I'm not really sure because I'm on disability and I have Medicare and I have Humana Gold Plus from Medicare my copay is $35 when I go into the office I had to pay that before service I'm not sure about Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance so you don't know what your copay is that what you're trying to say
