I went here after seeing how busy the urgent care next door was, and I'll admit I was a little nervous given the reviews. However, I was very pleased with my visit! The staff were kind and helpful, the wait time was not long, and the NP I saw was thorough in addressing the issue I came in for. My doctor is an hour away and it's good to have other options in a pinch. The only negative I saw is that the facility itself is a little run down and the exam rooms could use new furniture.

I went into Midwest with a sinus infection, the ‘doctor’ (he told me he was in practice, not an actual certified doctor) that saw me told me I had Covid and wouldn’t test me for anything else. My results came back the next day negative so I waited another 3 days to see if I would feel any better. I didn’t so I went back and explained that I was in 3 days earlier and the doctor that I saw on my second trip didn’t test me or look at me for ANYTHING. She took me for my word that I had a sinus infection, and prescribed me 20 tablets to take over 10 days. Now it’s been a month and I still don’t feel good
