Why does the website say the post office is open on Saturdays 9-2 but when I went there at 12:15 they were closed. That's why I checked before I went. Very aggravating.

You were at the wrong post office. Arnold is open till 2pm every Saturday.

The Arnold Post Office is open till 2. Each Post office may have different hours.
