They think it's ok to toss packages one flight...I was told it's not ok to confront the carrier....they fixed the problem by having carrier deliver to apt office...we are furious

I have done business with this post office for decades with great success. I have seen them exercise great patience in difficult moments. It can't be an easy job. Shipping from here saves a day off my shipment because it is the hub and my post office is farther south, away from the airport.

The letter carrier literally got out of her vehicle and threatened me! (I posted pics if you don’t believe me). Said she wouldn’t deliver my mail if she didn’t like how my vehicle was parked on a public street! This makes sense why I don’t get my mail half the time. Apparently, there are allowed to pick and choose who gets their mail and who doesn’t. Unbelievable. 🙄 EDIT: After making this post I was contacted by the post master, Dawn. She is completely incompetent. She said she would investigate the problem and did absolutely nothing. The postal lady was back two days later and still continued to hold my mail or not deliver it at all. She even drove down the street at a high rate of speed and struck a neighbors “Please Slow For Children” sign breaking it. Which was all caught on camera and sent to Dawn. Who did absolutely nothing! And this same postal lady is STILL working in our neighborhood terrorizing it.

Does anyone else love the smell of stamps? The postal office is a true testimony, some things never change. Nostalgia every time and everyone looks forward to their next visit.

I can tell you exactly why somebody not doing their job. Simple as that. You would think the money that those people make they'd be able to do their job I've heard that we have one of the worst post offices there is. I mailed the item it came back to me 4 weeks later undeliverable
They are still fully operational.
If you are asking about Arnold MO, yes they do. They also can do the picture. Costco and Sam's do passport pictures too. I think Walgreen's might do the photo. Much cheaper options for photo elsewhere but they have to be a perfect size.
Depends in where you live in town.
When I got mine, I noticed they do not take people close to closing time. Since the process takes 15min or more. It depends how busy they are also. Usually only 1 or 2 service person takes passport applications. Go early and expect at least 30min wait
You were at the wrong post office. Arnold is open till 2pm every Saturday.

I doubt someone at the jeffco post office reads this, not my normal P.O. but they may have an old machine... cant remember. Maybe someone else who frequents ? Or you can call them
