How do you go about placing a complaint on a nail salon? The salon threatened my daughter and her friend charging them more than the service was supposed to cost. Apparently this has been a commen thing since it is all over their reviews.

Better business bureau would probably be your best bet... Possibly the South Dakota board of cosmetology but usually they only deal with violations and not $
