I went there, put two dresses on hold because they were 40% off, came back the very next day and the sale was gone and nobody had told me about the end of the sale. However when I went back today, I told Michael - the new manager - what happened and he gave me the discount I missed! He is very customer driven and provided my friend and me a pleasant experience.
