Today, my family and I stopped in Sioux Falls to go to a diner. We have a trailer connected to the truck and a very generous officer went out of his way to help us find a parking spot. We hadn’t even asked for help when he drove beside us and said follow me. We thought this was such a nice and generous thing to do and wanted to give the department some recognition.

Yes. You will be harrassed by this police department for ANY reason so they can try to extort money out of you. They are the biggest GANG in Sioux Falls
Yes they are equipped with all the tools to EXTORT money from its citizens. They dont do any real police work.
