My neighbor had this question and I have to ask also...if someone goes to pantry say on Dec 28 do they have to wait till Jan 28 to go back..or does it all start all over again and count as 1.

Well we went to see what they would tell us. They said since we came in on Dec 28 we will have to wait till Jan 28 to get food.

No, you do not have to wait. You are allowed to go 4 times a year.
