TRUCK ENTRANCE IS AT PENNSYLVANIA AVE. Park at the street and check in and Be careful with the electrical poles middle of the yard which cause problem in maneuvering.

New to Columbia how do go about getting food from the pantry
I'm not sure what you are asking. Is someone in need if a ride to get food? Central Pantry is a partnership with the Food Bank. You may call them if you can't get to them. I'm not sure if they can help but worth a phone call.
Sorry to hear that. Sounds like hard times. Been there not fun. The food bank does not deliver. Tell them to ask a neighbor for a ride to the pantry they well get lots of food to last a while. Wish I had a way to help. Hope all gets better.

Hi Jenny. You cannot actually pick up food at the food bank on 2101 Vandiver Drive, however they operate a food pantry on 1007 Big Bear Boulevard called Central Pantry just a short distance away. There is no charge for food, but you have to live in Boone county. They are open Tues-Fri 10-4 and Sat. 10-2. I will also add that if you happen to be in Columbia the pantry there will get you some food one time, even though you are not living there.
We will not be open Christmas eve or Christmas day. However, we are open the Saturday before, the 22nd, if you would like to help.
If you are in Columbia, try the Central Pantry at 1007 Big Bear Boulevard. Very close to the food bank and is open Tues-Friday 10-4 PM and Sat 10-2 PM. Just bring your ID and a piece of mail and they will get you some food.
An ID to start would be good, but even if you don't have anything you will get food your first time. Also the location to receive food is the Central Pantry at 1007 Big Bear boulevard, just up the street. It opens tomorrow at 10 AM. The Food Bank is a warehouse that ships food out to food pantries.
