I think it's changes so your best bet would be to maybe go in and talk to them or give them a call tomorrow and they can tell you I've the phone !
They can always use plastic bags (no holes, new/gently used). They open after 11am, just bring to the center. You're awesome!
Friday hours are 11am to 2pm. The nighttime hours are Tues 6pm to 8pm, roughly. They are closed tomorrow due to the backpack giveaway at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds.
